Showing different plug-ins on the blog
-
I am not sure if it is even possible, or if it makes sense, but I was wondering if there was a way to allow plug-ins to be shown on one page, but not others.
For example, when I go to my website, I have a static front page set up to allow people visiting to always see the static page. I also have my posts update to my “blog” page, which is set up to be viewed when they click on the “blog” tab under the “PAGES” plug-in. So ideally, it is a website with a side blog that they can view if they choose so. My link is https://www.caseyfriend.com
I was wondering if it is possible to use the blog page that I have set up and allow it to have different plug-ins shown on the page as opposed to having the plug-ins show on the main “static” page. And if possible, how could it be done. What I am wanting is to have the blog page have a plug-in that would reveal an archive directory so that people could check my blog posts by month and such as opposed to having to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “older posts”. Also, I am not well taught with HTML. I only know the basics.
any help would be great. thanks.
