Showing "Download File" box in Opera Mobile

Instead of the audio player, there is a black box that says “Download File” and allows user to download the music, only in OPERA MOBILE.
Anyone know how to fix this? We are serving an OGG , WEBM , and MP3 file. Is it necessary to have all of these?
Help asap would be very much appreciated!
