  • Hi @siddhu,

Using the free version, you can add as many rules as your page PHP post size will permit. Once the size exceeds, then you will need to increase it.

If you have a large number of data, our premium version has an import and export feature using which you can directly import a large number of rules and then directly check for the shipping in the front end(cart/checkout page).

    Hi @siddhu,

Can you please tell me how many rows of data do you have at this point?

If you have thousands of rows, then it is best that you go for the premium plugin.
Else we will check the issue.

    Hello anindo

currently i have 59 rows of entries. each row consists of few more country list.
that’s why the shipping pro page become a bigger page and exceed its limit.

Actually i am configuring this for DHL International. and DHL Comes with 11 Zones. Each zone consists of a lot of countries.

I have upgraded the server RAM and php post max size, still its not working.

As you said at support if the longer page can minimized as pagination, would be more helpful.

    Thanks

    Hi @siddhu,

Thank you for your suggestions. We are exploring such options like Pagination. However, at this point, it is bit tricky to fulfil this. We have kept this for future.

Ideally increasing Postsize should have fixed the problem.
You can approach your service provider and check for any optimisation.

Adding more to more country lists to a single shipping rule, the row become more longer. and if we have a lot of row like the same rule, then the shipping pro page become a bigger page and it stop to create new shipping rule.

I have created shipping rules for DHL and specially DHL Zone-11 consists 94 countries. when i create multiple rules for zone-11, and added 94 countries to each rule then think how bigger the page would be.

I hope you got the details about this issue.
I think the pagination can solve this issue.

so please help on this issue.

    Thanks

Yes i already increased the post size to 300M and 8GB RAM.
still i am having the same issue. can’t able to add more rule.

    Hi @siddhu,

As stated in our last reply, we are definitely exploring options like pagination. At this point, we do not have a short term solution on this. However, long term, we are thinking of developing a solution on these terms.

We request you to approach your service provider and check for any optimisation.

    Ok Thanks

Hello, I have the same problem. Using the Pro Table Basic. Modified .htaccess, php.ini, wp-config to no avail. Is there a limit to the number of rules you can make with the free plugin? Thank you.

    Hi @siddhu,

Actually we have replied to this problem in this thread. I have attached the answer here also:
    **********************************
Using the free version, you can add as many rules as your page PHP post size will permit. Once the size exceeds, then you will need to increase it.

If you have a large number of data, our premium version has an import and export feature using which you can directly import a large number of rules and then directly check for the shipping in the front end(cart/checkout page).

Thank you. I already increased post size and it’s still not working for the free version. I got in touch with my host provider who patiently, walked me through the whole process over and over again, to no avail. Now, they said to reach out to you guys because I still can’t add rules. post_max_size is already 300M.

    Hi @mcricocab,

In that case, the premium version has a feature of import and export available in the plugin. Now using this feature you can create a few set of rules export them into an excel and then create all your rules in the excel and then finally import it back. This way, you will not be needing to use the backend interface of the plugin.

This is the workaround available to us at this point.

    Hi,

I have the same issue here.
I got the Pro version. I can do the import however after I click Save Changes, the error “The link you followed has expired.” appears.

    Please help
