just an idea: it might be helpful, if the values for the (first) example(s) are shown, e. g.
%file_type% => The file type
%file_ext% => The file extension
%post_id% => The post ID (55)
%author% => The post author (editor)
…
For file_xxx there is no value without knowing the upload file.Best regards
