showing html demos

  • if, in a post, i want to show a demo of an html page can i add it as an attachment somehow and have it show or will it not work?

  • It would be better to create the page outside of WordPress, upload it to your site and then link to it directly.

    got it. and i can just make a separate folder near the wordpress folder and there won’t be any issues?

    There shouldn’t be any issues. I’ve got a few standalone pages like on one of my blogs.

    Well, yes – that might cause a problem if you are using /%postname%/ as your custom permalink structure.
