• When searching for products, it shows the correct answer in the search bar but for the page itself the results showing are lacking, for example it says it is showing all 18 results but only 5 are showing. When searching for something with more results, the page says it has found many results but only shows a few with a lot of empty space and the second page also just repeat the first page of the result.

DIVI is also saying that this plugin is not fully compatible with this version of DIVI (4.20.4 downgraded from 4.21 to check for other incompatibilities)

I have followed the guide for the DIVI builder but still find the results missing

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please try the following: open plugin settings page and find ‘Search results page’ section. Inside it change ‘Change query hook’ option and then check your search page one more time.

    Hello,

I’ve tried that and I see no change on the website.

    I understand.

Are you using any page builders to customize this search results page?

    Yes, DIVI builder.

Maybe you can show me some screenshots where I can see the structure of this page inside the Divi builder. I am interested – what blocks you are using to build it.

I’ve just used the normal “woo products” and “advanced woo search” modules from DIVI, I also have a side column with BeRocket’s “Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce” filters in it, this was added after the error appeared though. I’ll attach a screenshot for you underneath this.

Unsure of how to attach and image and after many tries I’m just going to leave a link if that is okay. https://i.imgur.com/MxHmKf1.jpg

    Thanks for your explanation.

As I understand it, “Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce” filters are added to the sidebar via shortcode. Is that correct? Can you please tell me how this shortcode is looking and also show me screenshots of BeRocket’s filters options?

The filters now have their own widget, which I am using. I have tried it with a shortcode as well and the issue is the same.

For the structure of the filter, it looks like this: https://imgur.com/a/XB7pky1

For the data type of the filters, I hope this is clear enough: https://imgur.com/a/w8saXWF

Thanks for your detailed explanation. I was trying to reproduce all these set-ups but for me search results pages are still working fine.

Can you please write to me directly to [email protected] ? I need some additional details in order to help you.
