Showing non translated posts and pages

  • Hello everyone,

    I’m new with Polylang (coming from WPML) and I need to know if it is possible to show the original untranslated posts.

    I have all the posts in English language (the actual Polylang default language). Then I added Italian as second language.

    The problem is when I want to display the untranslated posts in the secondary language. I open the website in Italian, I go to the archive page and here I can also see the untranslated posts (only in English) with the rest of the website (menus, widgets in Italian).
    When I click to open an untranslated post, the whole website shows in english.

    I dont’ want to duplicate every post (because I want to show them in English)
    Is it possible to show the original english post and mantain the rest of the website in italian?

    You can’t mix languages with Polylang.

    Did you ever find a solution to this issue.

    I am also interested in having something like this (untranslated posts, but the rest of the page (eg: header) is translated).
