    Hey there –

That could be it, or it could be that you aren’t using the Events Only feed (toggled via a checkbox on the Settings screen.) Our Events Only feed will poll the Upcoming Events in Facebook, whereas our regular Feed will poll all the Feed Items.

The difference is that, when you post an event, a Link is added to your Feed, for that event. Those Links will always show up in your Feed, if you aren’t using the Event Only feed, as Links don’t have an expiration time.

    Does that make sense?

    Best,
    Richard

    Richard,

Thanks for your reply! The item in question is an event, and I have the events only checkbox checked in the settings.

You can see the event on the right sidebar if you scroll all the way down:

The event was the weekend of the 8th. Should I just assume all events will display?

    Hey Bekee!

Do you still see this behavior with the plugin?

All events shouldn’t show, unless there is no end date set. We do query the upcoming events feed, but we don’t have control over what Facebook decides should show up in it ??

Let me know if we can help or should I mark this resolved.

    Best,
    Richard

My client doesn’t have any recent future or past events, so I’ve disabled the plugin for now; I’ll refer to this thread in the future if it comes up again.

    Thanks for following up!
