showing on sidebar but I didn't put it there

I have simple share buttons set to load on pages only and I’m not using the widget yet it’s showing up on my sidebar. The only thing I have on the sidebar is good reviews widget. The reviews are a custom post type however the buttons are not showing on individual reviews unless I turn it on for posts. So how do I get this thing off my sidebar. It wasn’t happening until I updated today.

I don’t see any shortcode but that would work great as it’s a static 14 page site with no posts at all except for the reviews cpt. The other option would be php to put in the page.php template if that’s an option of course.
