Showing original author and last editor?

    Our blog contains information to the members of our organization, and it is collectively maintained.

    I would need to include the following metadata to our posts, as “hijacking” posts written by other authors feels bad, and editing someone elses post without telling about it feels equally bad:

    Edited by M.M on x/y/zzzz
    …
    Edited by Z.Z on x/y/zzzz

    Even “Posted by” and “Last edit by” would be great.

    How do I do this?
