Showing out of stock when not

  • Good Morning,

    I am really impressed with the plugin however have a slight issue.

    For some strange reason it doesn’t appear to re-release the tickets for example if there is 50 in the cart and they all become re-available. The plugin states 50 in stock, 0 in cart however it will not let the customer buy any as it states out of stock.

    If you go onto the product and simply update the product it then lets them be sold.

    Any ideas why this might be happening.

    Can you take some screenshots of the plugin settings?

    What other WooCommerce related plugins are you using? This plugin doesn’t adjust the actual stock, so if something is doing that it’s likely another plugin and there might need to be some functions whitelisted to receive the actual stock amount.
