Showing page only, not any posts from personal feed

    When I connect the plugin in WordPress then I can login to Facebook, but there I can only select a page of mine, but not my personal facebook feed where all of my posts actually are.

    What I wish to do, is to feed all my public posts having a specific hastag to my WordPress blog. But these posts are not showing up, despite of being public on my facebook page.

    I have checked the facebook settings and I do not see any restrictions which would disallow access to my facebook feed.

    Is it, that only posts on pages can be streamed with this plugin? What about the standard personal facebook posts?

    Hi,

    Facebook API has been changed on April 4th, 2018 without any warning, and now it does not allow bringing posts from public groups. You can find more information about this here.

    In case you use a Facebook feed created with a group, unfortunately, you will experience problems.

    Additionally, according to Facebook’s privacy policy, unfortunately, it is not possible to display posts from a personal profile. Facebook API provides data about public Facebook pages only.

    If you have a Facebook feed of a profile which represents your business or organization, it is recommended to switch the profile to a public page. Furthermore, using Facebook pages over profiles brings many advantages and benefits.
