Showing places free in calendar

  • We have used QEM very successfully for our charity and love it.

    Previously we have shown customers events in a list as shown on our page above. But we now want to add more upcoming events which will take a lot of scrolling for the customer.

    We do like the look of the calendar which seems to work well except people looking can’t see whether there are places available so have to click through to each event to check. We have the calendar testing at the bottom of the page, test events in Nov.

    Is it possible to show number of spaces, change colour of event when full, only show events in calendar with spaces available or another method?

    We know we can make event draft / pending when full but that would have to be done manually?

    Sorry, but there is not a way using the existing QEM plugin to display the calendar and annotate in some why it is sold old.

    It is a good idea, and I will add it to the development idea, but can make no commitment to when this may be available.
