Showing Post Excerpts Only on Some Pages

  • Hello,

    I’m using a Genesis theme, specifically Metro Pro. As such, I can’t seem to mark my posts to show as excerpts on archive pages, because otherwise it’ll break my BBPress forum.

    But, I’d like to show excerpts on blog pages, and category pages if possible. How can I do this?

  • Since that’s a commercial theme your best option is to check with StudioPress support:

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
