Showing referral codes to referred users

Hi, am developer for a client who is using Prelauchr for their microsite,
I am writing to you because we would like to know how after users enter their email adress, they can be sent to a new page. Is there a way that this can be done?
Initially, I know that a new page comes up that the URL link in the address-bar shows a referral code which is generally a new page; however, what need to happen is that once users enter their email address, they need to be taken to a page that shows all of their stats, how many people they referred, and how many of their friends have signed up. This information shows up in the WordPress Admin panel but this also needs to be seen by each user on the page that they are directed to.
Is there a way that this information can be generated for each user to see all of it, or is there a way where the user can actually be directed to a new page with new information on it along with the referral code too?
