Showing registration page only to people who received nvitation

Hi,
Thanks your plugin is exactly what I need, but in my admin settings, I can not see your what you have in your last screen shot that helps limiting open signup. How can I show the register page only to people who received the invitation? not to anyone entering the registration URL?
