Showing Related Tweet according post title with shortcode

not single page but single post

automated way, add something in single.php without unique id. for over 40000 post 40000 unique id require which means lots of time to spend.

tweetblender have something for it, but they use tag related tweet through widget without generating any unique id. but they are not reliable, even if you buy their cache manager.
