Showing Reply Form For Non-Logged In Members

Hello,

I see on your example forum that you have the Reply Form for non-logged in members.

I can’t figure out how this is done. Is it done from your plugin or is there another setting in bbpress for this? I’d love to have non-members be able to fill this out, then prompted to login when they click Submit, then have it get posted.
