Showing shortcode in header problem

  • Hello!

    I have installed this plugin a month and a half ago.
    I had some problem in showing the shordcode in header.php ; when I added the shordcode through the ftp, it just showed the text, instead of the banner. After I edited the header.php from the wordpress panel in the edit themes section, it just worked…although I have placed it in the same position.

    Know, after the last updates (I guess) I noticed that the banner dissapeared from the header. I went to the edit section in the wordpress again, and added the shortcode in header.php file…but it seems that again it shows only the plain text and not the banner. Also tried to edit from the ftp, but the same…

    Shordcodes in posts are working without any problems, just in header it doesn’t work.

    What should I do? (oh, I tried to add do_shortcode … it doesn’t work).

    Wordpress version: 4.2.1
    Plugin is up to date also…
