showing shortcodes in excerpt

i am using shortcodes for colum and stuff.
using nrelate with excerpt funktion is showing all the shortcodes in excerpt. the themes excerpt function leaves them out and shows only text.
i am using WP Canvas – Shortcodes and hueman theme.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/nrelate-related-content/
