Have the pro version, but the boxes on top always show “zero”. Is there a setting I have missed?

    Hi @frifugl,

Your link pages must be clicked by other users, or try testing with an incognito browser because an admin of the website doesn’t count as a user that counts clicks or views. You may see the image below of the example. https://snipboard.io/vgyXxM.jpg

Let me know if this procdure works.

Hello. It doesn’t make any difference who clicks the link, from what IP or incognito or not, the 3 boxes has shown zero since I bought the licence.

    Hi @frifugl,

Thanks for the update. Have you tried reconfiguring the links? After creating a Link, get the link by clicking the button shown on the screenshot below then configure your ads by using the copied link.

Thanks and I am waiting for your response.

    Hi @frifugl.

Please navigate to your WordPress Dashboard >> ClickWhale >> Links. The button should be available by default and is clickable.

Thanks and let me know if this works.

    Hi @frifugl,

Thanks for the screenshot reference. It seems that your links was working properly and the ads’ link was totally correct. May we suggest clearing your browser and website cache and let us know if this works.

It doesn’t help, and as mentioned, these boxes show zero hits (have been since installation), no matter what IP, browser I use. How do I activate them?

    Hi @frifugl,

Thanks for the update. I found a temporary fix for the issue. Please follow the steps below to fix the ClickWhale statistics issue. (This might sound confusing but this process works on my test website)

    1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard
    2. Navigate to ClickWhale >> Link Pages and Add New if you don’t have one. (This is just for temporary fix)
    3. On the Settings tab, please add any title and slug because it is required for saving changes.
    4. Navigate to Contents tab beside the Settings tab.
    5. Add a ClickWhale Link by dragging and dropping to the button. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://snipboard.io/1Hzt5l.jpg
    6. Complete the setup by Selecting Item (any link) then hit Save below.
    7. After saving, navigate to Link Pages >> click the View button of the created link page >> A new window will pop up and copy the link. Example: https://snipboard.io/KyCcbM.jpg
    8. Open an incognito tab >> Paste the copied link page’s link >> Click the button created. Example: https://snipboard.io/Rt76DB.jpg. Please note that incognito is required for the ClickWhale to count the clicks as a foreign user.
    9. After all the processes, please navigate to Statistics and check if the 3 boxes are now showing click counts.

I hope this helps. Please note that this temporary fix is working on my end. We have now relayed this to our development team for further troubleshooting.

Please let us know if this also works for you. I am waiting for your response.
