Showing uBillboard on Home Page only

    I am trying to show my uBillboard slider on my home page only for my site redesign. I am using the Canvas WooTheme, and intend to put the slider in the woo_nav_after hook utlizing the WooThemes Hook Manager.

    How can I get this to show up on just my homepage? Any help will be greatly appreciated, as I’ve been trying to find out how to do this for a few weeks now, and I am no PHP programmer. It all goes right over my head when I look at it, although I am trying to learn PHP now.
