Showing unattached images / showing thumbnails in grid media

    I think this feature works incorrectly. If I upload some image and insert it into the post, save it, then go back to edit that post to remove that image from the post and then again save – image wont show in unattached list which of course is not good ??

    2. Showing thumbnails in grid media list
    When showing all images for inserting into the page, images shouldn’t be loaded as full images but as thumbnails. Loading full images is very inefficient.
