Showing up multiple times even after closing.

    I have set up the behavior of the plugin to not show for 7 days after someone closes the popup. However, the popup keeps on showing up even if it has been closed previously.

    I hope you’re well today!

    I have visited your site and the popup showed up for me. I closed it and then visited the same page multiple time (by reloading it, by closing the browser and opening again to visit it “freshly” – but without clearing any cache/cookies in browser) and I didn’t see it again.

    I could only see the popup again when visiting the site in icognito browser mode and with other browser (where I didn’t close the popup).

    Have you tested it with different browser and it’s the same or it only happens in some browser? If yes, what browser (including version number and OS version) it is?

    Are you using any add-ons related to add-blocking?
