Showing Username alongside Log Out button: How?

To Whom It May Concern,
Can anyone tell me how the username of the ‘log in’ user can be shown?
For an example, in stead of showing “Log Out”, it shows “Log Out Peter” if the username is Peter.
How is this configured?Regards,
