Showing values without VAT for logged in users

I’ve just noticed an issue after updating to WooCommerce 2.5.1
I have this store that has Tax calculations enabled, with the products prices being inserted with VAT included.
I also have the store configured to show prices including tax, both at the Store, Cart and Checkout pages.Configuration screen:
