Showroom Screenshot Not Capturing Products

Hello, the showroom screenshot button is not capturing the products put into it. It only screenshots the background. I am referring to the “Save a printscreen of the showroom area” button, not the full page screenshot button.

Is there a reason why this is happening and is there a fix?
