    Cloud checker seems completely broken. After scan is done, the only number that displays is 0 broken links. I know from the local scan that there are thousands of redirect links that had previously been detected, but the cloud checker seems completely clueless. There is no data displaying, and 0 unique URLs.

    Could you please share the site URL so we can verify the logs? Are those redirects returning 200 status in the final link or any error code?

    I checked with our developers, the Cloud version will report a redirect in case it is too deep, for example the same link got 3 + redirects, when you have a single redirect your link doesn’t mean it is broken as the final status return 200 which is the valid status, unless the final request also returns any error code then it should report.

    Nothing is being reported. The report just shows 0 dead links. There are literally dozens of literal 404 dead links present on the site and the report shows nothing. I’ve already disconnected and switched to another link checker so I can’t run it again and take screenshots.

    I’m really sorry that it didn’t work for you as expected. I understand that you switched to different solution but still – would you mind sharing the site URL with us?

    We could possibly check logs on our end then to see if we can find any additional information there about why it behaved that way. Even if you’re not willing to give our Broken Link Checker another go, I believe this could help us make it better in future.
