If you have a caching plugin or server-side caching, please try to disable them temporarily and see if that makes a difference. If it does, please see our knowledgebase article on how to properly configure them.

If it doesn’t help, there could be a plugin/theme conflict on your end. Could you try running a conflict test??I suggest conducting these tests on a Staging Server.
