Shows Closed 15 minutes before we are closed

we have opening hours set up to end at 7:00 PM at about 6:45 the plugin starts showing our message “Sorry We Are Closed”is there a sensitivity adjustment somewhere in the program that can change this ?
we want to show Closed either exactly at the time or just a few minutes before
