Shows different not correct site title

  • I have 2 identical sites one is repairpc.co.il and another one is repairtv.co.il
    The strange thing about the second site I found out today is that the title is absolutely differs from the title I designated in the static page and SEO pluggin.
    If I am logged in to the admin area by firefox, for an example, the title is shown correctly by the same browser if i open a new home page, but if I log out of admin area the title of the home page is switches to different one.
    I compared to the other’s site admin area and everything seems the same.
    Tried to turn off pluggins to no avail.
    What’s wrong?
    How is it possible?
