Shows I have 12 updates at the top, but I can't see them?

  • Every time I log into my site now after installing WP 4.4, it says I have 12 updates. When I click to go to the update screen, there is nothing there. I’ve tried clicking “check again”, and still nothing. The update “nag” goes away for awhile, but it always comes back.

    Also, in what might be a related issue, some of my plugins stop functioning correctly. WP Tweet Pro and MailPoet Newsletter are the two I have noticed. I’m assuming those might be two of the 12 updates that I’m unable to do. My site is GoingFor2.com.
