Shows: lhr DHL Wunschpaket. in checkout even if deactivated

    Hi,
    using DHL for WooCommerce in version 1.0.4.
    In checkout is shown “lhr DHL Wunschpaket. Gebracht wie gewünscht.”
    But “Wunschtag” and “Wunschzeit” ist not activated in DHL for WooCommerce.
    How can I avoid this information which is completely unnecessary???
