The membership plugin is pretty good untill you want to custom style it and change some of the workflows.
Membership has developer API documentation which you can find in Membership 2 -> Help if you’re looking to make customizations to the plugin.
Having signup forms that allow signup directly to a membership dont work.
Yes there is actually a bug that is related to [ms-membership-register-user] shortcode when trying to use it to register user to specific level. We already reported this to our developer and this will be fixed in one of the following updates.
I also regularly get errors pop up in the admin.
I don’t see that you have any threads opened, if you’re seeing any errors please do report them and we’ll be more then happy to investigate this further and fix in the following updates.
The support is OK when you have the pro version but the documentation is very limiting and is not at all in depth enough for the features this plugin provides
I agree that documentation could be better, this is something we’re actively working on and that we will definitely improve in the future.
