Shows “Read not “Read more”

In the Read More settings you can control what the text should be. It defaults to “Read More” but you can set it to be anything you wish. You must have changed it to “Read” if that’s what it’s showing.

You’re using your own read more instead of the default and what Read More Excerpt Link uses. There’s no reasy to use the [read more] stuff if you’re using Read More Excerpt Link. Or, you can activate the “Show More Frequently” within Read More Excerpt Link to process the read more even if you are also using the manual [read more] (that you don’t need to use when using Read More Excerpt Link.

In other words, remove [read more=”Read More” less=”Read less”] and [/read] and let Read More Excerpt Link take over.
