Shows syncing progress but not working

  • Hi, I plan to import facebook comment to wp default comment and found your plugin.

    I did run “sync for all contents” and the plugin seems to work by showing the progres bar like this https://prntscr.com/js7gwa.

    But unfortunately when i checked into comment dashboard, nothing imported. There is 0 comment at all.

    Can you help me solve it?
