Shows words in URL as a search results

I search for a word “welcome”. If a page or post has a link which has a word “test” then it returns as a result. For example, here is the anchor tag Link.
When I make a search for the word “welcome” then page contain the above link appears in the search. Is there anyways to exclude this behaviour?
