Shuffle text box to another location

So far my form is just a single column, which is fine, however, I got a somewhat long list of multiple checkboxes, and beside some of these I would like to place a textfield.
An example:
The check box reads:
“I would like icecream” and the textfield next to it would read “How many scoops?”So is it possible for me to move a few textfields around on my page?
