Shylock Google Plugin

I am having troubles with Google Adsense Shylock Plugin.

I have my site set up in 3 columns.
the far right column is where I want my google ads to show up.

Now, I have my Shylock plugin widget set up in the Right column.

However, do I now have to edit something in the actual plugin itself?
I have my adsense code uploaded. However, do i need to actually select “Front Page”, “Page”, “Single Page”? This is really confusing.
