    Why does this error occur when seeking to upgrade the SI Contact form automatically, please?

    “Downloading update from https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/si-contact-form.zip.
    Unpacking the update.
    Could not copy file /httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/upgrade/si-contact-form.tmp/si-contact-form/captcha-secureimage/audio/Z.mp3″

    As far as I know, the wp-content folder is writeable.

    The same message occurs with automatic upgrades for NextGen Gallery.
