side bar is gone from sidebar arrangments screen

  • hello,
    I just upgraded to WP 2.3.2. I just paid attention that I now don’t have a 2nd side bar in the screen where you add or remove widgets.

    I’m using i3Theme 1.2. ( BTW how do I upgrade a theme? )
