Hi Everyone – fairly new to WP so apologies if this problem is that basic your Granny would know how to solve it.
I have recently started a site for a charity that I’m a member of, as I foolishly said I knew a bit about computers (that’ll teach me).
I’ve set it up and done some adjustments but I’ve now got links in the side bar that I want to rename (already have done once) but can’t find them within the edit section, I have tried to view it as HTML to see if the actual wording would appear but it doesn’t or rather I haven’t found it. I’d really appreciate it if someone would take a quick look and tell me what I need to do. The site is https://www.dcdsc.co.uk and it’s the Newsletters Heading on the right side bar I want to delete or rename along with the two links under for March & April 2009.
    Can anyone help please.
    Many thanks – Treebo

That appears automatically when nothing else is there.

Go to Dashboard -> Themes -> Widgets, you can add only whats wanted from that page. This will remove the default list on that theme.

Some themes hardcode it into the theme or page file. Just fyi.
