I still have the “side menu” issue on my site. My wordpress and WP admin UI Customize plugin are both up to date and I have no other issue opening the admin bar or dashboard. Only the side menu: it shows a move icon when I hover over the menus but it does not move any of them and it shows “hand” when I go to the dropdown button but it does not open it. I use Chrome.

Please, help, because there is no better plugin than yours (I used it on another website and it worked perfectly) and I really want to use it on my site.

Do you know of any conflicts with plugins?

Thank you for your feedback.
Your problem is only on Sidemenus and Admin bar customize or Dashboard customize is seems to working.
I think your problem is specific side menu item(Plugin menu or Theme menu).

Could you please possible temporary deactive the all plugin without WP Admin UI Customize?
If this case is work, could you please activate one by one plugins?(this action is maybe find the conflict plugin)
If not this case, could you please tell me the console screen of your Chrome developer tools?
