• No matter what theme I use, the sidebar is always put underneath the main content. It never appears on the side!

    I’ve tried

    -Kubrick
    -K2
    -Barthleme
    -several others.

Can someone please let me know what is wrong? Thank you.

  • if you are browsing on IE7 you will have this problem on most themes. Have you tried viewing on Forefox.

Try reducing the width of the “maincontent” in your css.

It happens with Safari and Firefox. I haven’t tried IE 7.
I’ve created other WordPress sites that used the same themes and out of the box, they weren’t screwball like this one. Even the all text themes misplace the sidebar.

Okay, I am a moron. I think it is because an image in one of the posts is tooooo big. The about page is kosher: https://tcnepal.com/about

Sometimes all it takes is a little “echo” to make things click.

    Thanks, <stong>bongkph</strong.

Well, that isn’t true. I reduced the image sizes and the sidebar is still getting kicked under the content.

    Something is whzck.

It’s your post here that is causing the problem…

It may have an unclosed or extra div which is pushing the sidebar down. Remove that post for a moment and you will see that it fixes it.

JamesICT, you’re a saint with eagle eyes!
An unclosed <div> tag was the problem.
    Thank you very much.
