Sidebar and comments only load sometimes on the blog

    Hi,

    We recently started using customizr and also started blogging.
    Everything works great, but when I publish a new post the sidebar and comments won’t load. Sometime I even only see the title and then it keeps loading. Refreshing doesn’t help.

    It also happens with pages when I view a lot of pages in the same session.

    I installed W3 Total Cache. Then got the tip for WP Supercache and the last one seems to work better. This made the website faster, but the problem on the blog remains.

    It seems to happen only on desktopbrowsers. On my ipad it works fine.

    Did you try removing the cache plugins totally, and checking if it works without them. Remember to refresh your browser to test.

    Usual advice: try disabling all your plugins, test. If OK then add plugins one-by-one to find the conflicting plugin.

    I started looking in de theme documentation because of the problem. The advice was to install the cache plugin and indeed to disable all plugins and reactivate one-by-one. I did it, but didn’t help.

    If you go to the blog. Do you experience the problem? Because it seems not to be a consistent problem

    In Firefox 25.0.1, I can see Blog & Right Sidebar with no problems.

    It’s difficult to replicate the problem. And if you open several blogs and then back to the first in the same tab?

    I just installed genesis on a subdomain and found out that I experience the same problem.

    I think I can safely conclude that this problem is not a theme issue, so I’ll call my hostingprovider.
