Sidebar and footer widgets disappeared when I installed a pro theme

I installed the infinity pro theme by ThemeinWP and I noticed that I could not see my footer and sidebar widgets. When I install the free infinity news theme the widgets are there but when I switch back to pro they dissappear. I went into appearance and added the widgets they still dont pop up. I also noticed that on the free version theres a block called latest blogs that, when enabled, it shows my footer and sidebar. With the pro version for some reason that block is not available. I am quite frustrated, as I am not tech savvy I have no idea why I cant see the widgets and google has not been a great help. I am still waiting for the creator of the theme to get back to me on why I cannot see my widgets so I figured I would try here next.
