Sidebar Appears to be Frozen/Locked

Hi all,
Kind of have an odd situation occurring on my site. The sidebar widgets on the home and archive pages appear to be locked – can’t highlight text or scroll through the Twitter feed. However, they are working fine on individual blog post pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have this overlay over the entire page:
If I disable it, then things work normally.
