Sidebar background mac versus windows

  • Hi thanks again for this great theme.

    I’ve noticed the sidebars have a grey background when viewed on my mac but this is not visible on my windows pc.

    I quite like the grey, but as others have said on the forum, when setting a background manually using css so that it’s visible on a windows device the background only shows up in the area of the sidebar with content in it.

    Does anyone know a workaround?

    not sure I get what you mean…
    Could you provide a screenshot?
    Also: does this happen on the demo website too?

    Hi thanks for replying.

    In fact I’ve realised that the sidebar background does indeed show up my windows pc but it is very very faint due, I suppose, to an inferior monitor / video card.
