Sidebar calendar link vs permalink issue

In my blog: https://mn8studio.com/blog/

I am seeing an error where clicking a link from the calendar in the sidebar and viewing content from a certain day or month when rendering the page strips out specific content from my posts.

For instance. Clicking on the 8th of August post: https://mn8studio.com/blog/?m=20080809
You see all of the Flash embed code that I have in the html section of my post. However, simply going to the permalink of the page actually shows my Flash content: https://mn8studio.com/blog/?p=92

Specifically when viewing the source for the page. I can see that the page that gets created when accessed via the calendar ?m=20080809 strips this line from my code: <script language=”javascript”>

Does anyone have any ides of why this is happening
