Sidebar content not pulling through correctly

    Hi – I am using the Custom Sidebar plugin from WPMU DEV (Version 3.1.6).

    For some reason, when I create a new sidebar and select it to appear from the page I want, it is not working correctly. It is pulling content from (I believe) the first sidebar I created.

    Any ideas on what I need to do differently to make this work correctly?

    Hi @mvjohn,
    Are you choosing this specific sidebar from the post edit page? Have you cleared your cache after selecting it?

    Hi Hannah – Yes, I have selected “Sidebar” as the type of template I want to use and then have selected the new sidebar from that page, as well as cleared my cache.

    All that should be displaying is the “Also Recoom mds” image, which is appearing on the bottom of the sidebar, but the two other images which I have not included in the sidebar are appearing above it.

    Is the “Hide and Find” sidebar the one you have selected for that page? That is what I am seeing display on the page. Make sure all your cache is being cleared.

    I figured out what was wrong. I changed the page template from “Sidebar” to “Default” and everything started working correctly.
